Aerobics A form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness, usually set to upbeat music.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
Locker Rooms The girls and boys locker rooms are each separated on either side of the gym. Students must change inside the locker rooms before participating in P.E. activities. Bathrooms and water fountains are also located within.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

Gymnasium

The gym is a large facility separated from the main school building by a parking lot and two playing fields. Inside the gym, a large court area can be seen upon entering. In the back of the gym can be found the weight training room, where a variety of exercise equipment is used for classes and work outs.
