PLEASE ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF
Nicknames: lou Age: 18 D.O.B. 22 october Gender: male Sexuality: straight Occupation/Grade: junior
DON'T STARE AT ME
Lou is about five feet, nine inches tall. His once lean and toned body is now small and withered, weighing about one hundred twenty-three pounds. Lou has a body mass index of 18.1, below average for his weight. He has scars all over from roughing it in Alaska, and he has a tattoo along the top of his back and shoulders that says 'time has told me' with designs all around it.
The color of Lou's skin is a rich light brown, with a bit of an olive tone in it. His hair is dark brown, almost black, though in the sun it looks like it has some red highlights. He keeps his hair at a decent length, but it's generally messy with no specific style. As for facial hair, it depends how lazy Lou decides to be. Most times he has some pretty thick stubble and once or twice you might even see him with a full beard.
I WON'T SHUT UP, I KNOW THAT I SHOULD Lou is different. Little things make him happy; a wave, a thank you, things like that. He looks at the world through a different perspective and is seen as an outsider. Lou values the people he cares about and worries bout the people he doesn't care for. He worries that they'll never have a good life and enjoy themselves.
Lou's biggest fear pushes him to do things that a normal teenager wouldn't. He hitch hiked to Alaska and experienced life like an adult. Many say Lou has an old soul and is wise beyond his years. Nothing is ever taken for granted and life is lived to the fullest.
Sometimes, if he's alone for a while, and is in a bad mood, he'll reenact one of his parents fights, and seem like a loony. The fight rolls on and on in his head and it irritates the crap out of him; most of his childhood memories are like that. His past is the one thing he's hesitant about talking about, and will often send him into a bad or upset mood.

LIVING IN THE PAST
History:
Born in Florida, Lou grew up in an upper-class society. His father made a lot of money with NASA and his mother made a fair amount of money also. He was three when his younger sister was born, and they were unseparable. They grew closer and closer as they aged.
Through out his childhood, he witnessed his parents fighting and an oppressing outlook on life and love. He shielded his sister from the fights and tried to ignore them himself. Lou would often take shelter in one of his books; Jack London was his favorite author, and he loved any books about the outdoors.
When he was 15, he decided he had had enough. He saved up all his money, and finally when he was seventeen, he left. He took his car, all his money, his identification, and just drove. He drove until he was in California, where he abandoned his car, burned up his ID, and removed his license plates. From there, he hitch hiked his way to alaska. On the way, he met Sydney and Gianni who became very close with him. They were like the parents he had always wanted as a child.
His parents were worried when they couldn't find Lou. They hired a private investigator, and even he was having trouble finding any clues to where Lou might be. Meanwhile, Lou was hiking through alaska; finding himself, and immersing himself in nature. One day, he found an abandoned bus which had been equipped with exactly what he needed. Another runaway or hobo had put a mattress and small wood burning stove in there; Lou was set.
But, things weren't perfect. Food supply was low, and Lou had been eating plants and berries. One day he accidentally ate a poisonous plant; after that he couldn't eat anything and he had thrown up every thing that was in his stomach. He was on the verge of dying.
Luckily, his sister finally gave way to their parents and told them that Lou had gone to alaska. They found him and were able to save him before he starved and froze to death. After spending sometime in the hospital to get his health back, Lou's parents made the decision to sen him here, out of trouble. A new school, yet again. Everett had been going from school to school since he could remember. This time was different though; he hadn't gotten kicked out of school, he wasn't even in school for a year. He was in the 'ward'. The ward for mentally ill patients. He was getting crazier every day, and his parents finally pulled him out of there. As long as he promised to be a good boy and didn't get into any fights or try and kill himself.
Of course his answer was, 'Yes mother, I swear'. He would have made any excuse to get out of there. But now he was at St Andrew's. He would meet new people, finish out school, and eventually go to university. Hobbling with his cane towards his dorm, which happened to be on the first floor (a godsend so he wouldn't have to climb the stairs), Everett wondered if his roommates were there yet. He would be sharing a room with two other boys.
As he reached the door, he placed his key in the knob, slowly turning it, somewhat excited to see his new living quarters. No one else was there yet, and quite honestly, it was bland. The walls were a pale green, the dressers a deep mahogany (matching the floors), and the three beds were basic twin sized, fairly spread out across the room. Three desks also sat in the room, so none of them would have to share.
Plopping his suitcases on the nearest bed, Everett couldn't decide if he wanted to sleep first or unpack and then sleep. Deciding it would be better to have some sheets and blankets, Everett opened his suitcase which nearly exploded. His parents would be shipping him the rest of his things, so he didn't have much to do. He put his clothes in dresser by his bed, and began spreading the sheet across the mattress. The task was causing him some difficulty because his knee kept locking up, making him lose his balance and fall before he could get it tucked in all the way.
Once the sheet was on as good as it would be until someone else fixed it, Everett laid on the bed, staring at the ceiling. "Well, I guess this is it." He said to himself quietly.
