[/center]Gossip, scandals, arranged marriages and murders. Welcome to Paris France 1899 where these four uttered words are considered to be fairily normal and expected. However, life goes on. A dawning of a new era will take place quicker than most people desire at this time. In fact, this fears the normal people. The others, they are just given an excuse to try to hold the last best party of the century and create the greatest scandal of all times. Who are these people? Well if you have to ask, then you really don't belong here.
The Royalties- They are the most popular people around here for the kind. They hold the top parties, and almost all the drama and gossip is always focusing on them, daily even. There are deep family connections, and most of the time theres arranged marriages for the families sole hair. That isn't quite uncommon around these parts. They are also loaded, they can spend without worrying about much of anything. One would wish that Paris would have lots of these sorts of people, but really, one can't just be born a Royalty sadly. They have to already be a legacy to the city or some other past country with connections to people here. Did the fact that they hold the best parties get mentioned?
The Upperclass- Ahh the upperclass. The ones who have it all, and yet, not. Money isn't quite an issue, but the familes aren't always a legacy here, and work has to be done to get this high up the chain. These people are the people who do get the best invites to the Royalty parties however. They are quite rich enough to allow their daughters to have a constant supply of handgloves to go with each perfect dress or outfit of every outting so that they would never have to worry about wearing the same ones all the time. They are the ones that are the most envious of the royalties, even more than the poor. There's still good familes from here, and quite a large group around these parts.
Middle Class- This is not exactly the best place to be. The Middle Class are never on the royalties minds. They never gain any attention from them unless if they happen to get a plus one party invite by an upper class person as an escort or date. They have better jobs than the poor, and better housings. Really, there's nothing wrong with being a middle class person, they just are actually the last group to be considered by the Royalties.
The Poor- one of the first classes to be considered by the royalties above all the upperclasses actually. These people are the servants, the maids, the... whatever work people that get to work for all of the famous royalty people. There isnt a lot to choose from, so each family literally fights over which few to have in their household to keep for as long as theyd like as their worker.
