Troubled doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Westminister is full of students who were running out of options. And crazy, the students are crazy too. Everything from depression, to sexual degeneracy, to drug abuse, even violence disorders. The students aren’t just delinquints, they’re psychotic delinquints. For most of the them the judge gave them a choice: Westminister or Juvie. Others are just sent here.
The idiots *ahem* students who choose Westminister quickly regret it. The staff here are tougher than those that work at Juvie. With the students ho attend QWestminister they have to be. Punishments are quick and merciless. Some of the staff still believe in the old punishments (think 1960’s -1980’s institution “treatments”) and even more believe in corporeal punishments.
Unfortunatly, the students and staff are not alone in the hospital. Ghosts- some of them nice, some malicious- also inhabit the halls. Westminister was built in 1934 and has been used as everything save a daycare center. First, a mental institute when shock treatments and “bleeding” were popular. It then closed and reopened as a sanatorium during the “white plague”, and then a jail, and finally it was reopened as Westminister Hospital for Troubled Teens. The institiute has seen its share of death, over 2 and a half million.
Psychos, ghosts, and possibly-violent-staff students…
